Welcome To Trinity United Methodist Church

Trinity is having a Parking Lot Service May 31st and June 7th at 8:30 am- Weather Permitting

The Trinity Committee tasked with re-opening the church has been meeting to put together guidelines to safely re-open Trinity.   This committee is using the Bishop’s guidelines and has researched the best practices to re-open. Our goal is to safely worship together.

Here is what we can give you now, and please know that as we progress, changes will be made and we will be communicating these to you.

  • WEATHER PERMITTING - We will have a Parking Lot Service on May 31st and June 7th in the front of the church Sanctuary doors.
  • A service will also be streamed online at 8:30 am for others who are not attending the Parking Lot service.
  • This spot was chosen so you should be able to see if you park in the front or on the side lawns of the church and AG Green parking lot.
  • You will be able to hear the service through your radio. The station to tune into will be posted on signs around the grounds and on the cover of your bulletin, station 102.1 FM.
  • The building will be locked and unavailable.
  • The Nursery is still suspended at this time.
  • Bulletins will be handed out by ushers with gloves and masks.  Bulletins will also contain copies of the hymns for the service.
  • No chairs will be brought out of the church for these services, but if you bring a chair, please park in the back of the church, and social distancing will be required.
  • The June 7th’s service will have communion. Ushers will hand out prepackaged communion elements on a tray with gloves and masks to anyone wanting to participate in communion.
  • The Encounter Service will continue streaming online at 11:00 am these two Sunday mornings.

Please watch for news of services on June 14th and going forwarding.

We love you and miss you all but need to make sure that we are all safe.

Letter From The Pastor

I hope this finds you well during these uncertain times. As most all of you know by now, we have taken several measures at the church to do our part to “lower the curve” of the spread of this virus. First off, all activities at the church are canceled or postponed. In addition, I have instructed the office staff not to let people in the church building. As we are being told, the less contact that we have we each other, the better off we all are. The church staff will be in the office to answer the phone and emails if any should arise that we can address, but only on an abbreviated schedule.
Also as of now, Trinity NMB will be online every Sunday at for worship at 8:30. The service will archive immediately so we all can log on at any time for service. We will NOT have a live congregation. Please stay home and enjoy the service online. This will be a modified service but hopefully a service that will help us get through these trying times. Each service will have music, prayer, scripture and a message. I am not sure how long we will worship in this manner but we will do our part in glorifying God - ALWAYS.
Well what can I do at this time? Glad you asked. I posted an article on our Trinity Facebook page today that gives five ways that we can help during these times. Here they are in abbreviated terms. 1. Pray for our leadership. There are many decisions that are being made, your prayers are appreciated. 2. Remember to support the church with your tithes and offerings. The bills are still coming in so please give if you are able. You can do this by mail or you can give online. 3. Be the church and check on your neighbors. Let’s make sure that all our neighbors know that the church is here. 4. Pray for your church family. 5. Lastly, remember the Sabbath. This is the day that the Lord has made, Let us be glad and rejoice in it! These are all words that we can live by.
Please help us by getting the word out by sharing this with your neighbors and friends. Please contact us at the church if you have any questions, concerns, or needs.

Pastor Michael Ritter

"Serving God through our Prayers,Presence,Gifts,Service,Witness, so that God may be Glorified!"

Welcome to Trinity United Methodist Church. We are glad you found us! We invite you to come and join us for worship and fellowship here in the life of our church.

1 Corinthians 12:12 says "For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ."

We are all connected and a part of Christ's universal church. Here at Trinity United Methodist Church, we are but only one part of the whole body of Jesus Christ. We ask that you come and see how God can use you to spread the Good News and to win souls for the Lord!

We have our traditional services on Sunday morning at both 8:30 am and 11:00 am, both in the Sanctuary. We also are proud to announce that we have "Encounter," our brand new contemporary worship service, held at 11:00 am in the Fellowship Hall!!! In all of our services, we are sure that you will be touched by God in a special way.

Along with our services, we have activities and events taking place throughout the week in the life of the church.  We encourage you to come and be a part of all things here at Trinity United Methodist Church! Be sure to check our calendar and use this website as a useful tool for your life within the church as we follow Christ.
