Amplified Youth Group

Our Amplified Youth Ministry (MYF) is a fun-filled program for youth seeking more of God. We are to live AMPLIFIED for Christ in all we say and do! Here at Trinity, we look to guide our youth and children to be loud and burn bright for Christ! We hope that through our youth ministry here on Sunday nights, our youth can learn more about how to live loud and wholly for Christ.

We meet each Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8:15pm.
At 6pm, we join with the children for a meal with the rest of the church. We then transition to a time of praise and worship together. After which, we have a devotion as a youth group and then we break out into small groups!

We are all a part of the body of Christ, and we are here to grow in love and faith so that God may be glorified through our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our services, and our witness. We look forward to each year being a spirit-filled one, full of fun and getting to know God at a deeper level for our youth.

Year #1… we did 23 shoeboxes. Year #2… we did 34 shoeboxes. And this year… we did 51 shoeboxes!!! Now that might not sound like a lot, but that 51 children receive a gift this year… not just any gift tho. They recieve a gift of love from us through each box! 1 John 4:7-8 tells us that “Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.” We know God and have been born in God. We are sharing his love through all that we do for those who we know and those who we may never meet in our live! OUR FALL FUNDRAISER IS ALMOST HERE! We are going to be orchestrating a pumpkin patch here at the church in the month of October! We as a youth group want to do more activities, have more trips, have more fun! We have the ability to raise some amazing funds to support the ministries that support our youth group. Hey Amplified! We’re in the Season of Giving and I thought it’d be a great idea to support a mission that changes lives this time of year! We’re gonna be supporting Operation Christmas Child! All I’m asking each student to do is to get a shoebox or shoebox sized container, select an age group and gender, and fill their box with some gifts. You can do all of this at the Dollar Tree for about $10-$15 if that. School supplies, hygiene items, and a few fun items are perfect fillers! And to add something special, write a note or a letter to the recipient of the shoebox! All boxes are due to the church by November 20th.
